Diagnosed with (minor) Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation - 2008
Diagnosed with Decompensating Cirrhosis - 2009
Peg-Interferon/Ribavirin HCV Treatment started/ended 2010
Liver Transplant - July 13, 2010

Vitamin D 50000mg 1x weekly
Prozac 20mg 1x daily (keeps me sane/saner)
Zofran 4mg when needed
